1. Brief introduction:

This configuration mainly consists of seven vacuum sit toilets (IV(E) type) or seven vacuum squat toilets (IV(A) type), a solar cell system, and an air conditioning system. Each toilet stall is equipped with a triangular sink, ultraviolet disinfection lamp, and flushing faucet.

3. Working principles:

  • Activation: The flush cycle is initiated either manually by pressing a button or automatically via an infrared sensor.
  • Valve Opening & Suction: Upon activation, the controller signals the vacuum drain valve to open. This creates a powerful suction that instantly evacuates waste from the toilet bowl into the vacuum pipeline.
  • Rinse Cycle: Simultaneously, a small, precise amount of water is released to rinse the inner wall of the toilet, ensuring it is clean for the next user.
  • Valve Closure: Once the preset flush duration is complete, the vacuum drain valve automatically closes, restoring the seal.
  • Waste Transport & Processing: The extracted sewage is transported through the vacuum pipe to a central vacuum workstation. Here, it is macerated (if necessary) and then pressurized for transfer into the designated sewage holding tank.
