Vacuum sanitation cabin is easy to transport, environmental friendly, easy to clean and easy to maintain. It is widely used for tourist attractions, events, festivals, fairs, humanitarian aid, and military operations. In special, we offer vacuum sanitation cabin specially designed and developed for Islamic culture, fully considering the toilet habits and characteristics of the Islamic people.
The vacuum sanitation cabin has integrated various equipment as vacuum squat toilet, vacuum sit toilet, urinals, vacuum lifts, as well as various humanized equipment, water tanks, sewage tanks, and etc. The equipment configuration methods could be customized according to customer requirements.
3.1. Save water
The water consumption for a single flush is 0.5 to 0.8 liters. The water volume can be automatically adjusted via Bluetooth, and the flushing sequence lasts 10 seconds.
3.2. Odorless
The negative pressure makes the sewage in the toilet bowl and the air around the toilet bowl be sucked away together in just a few seconds, purifying the air. The negative pressure has a significant odor-isolating effect.
3.3. Allow high frequency use
Vacuum toilets allow for high-frequency continuous use, allowing over 90 times per hour, without any noticeable delay or waiting time.
3.4. Epidemic prevention
The vacuum toilet adopts negative pressure suction to discharge sewage, which isolates aerosols. The interior of the cabin is equipped with ultraviolet sterilization device, which plays a dual role in epidemic prevention.
3.5. Self-protection
The cabin's vacuum toilet system has four levels of self-protection functions to prevent any foreign objects accidentally thrown in from entering and causing damage to the vacuum toilet system.
3.6. High integration
The vacuum sanitation system adopts a fully enclosed discharge principle. The interior of the cabin is highly integrated with vacuum workstations, water booster units, water tanks, sewage tanks, vacuum toilets and other equipment. It is compact, safe and reliable.
3.7. Intelligent
The vacuum sanitation uses an intelligent terminal controller. The system provides an unique GPRS monitoring unit and cloud service platform. Users can effectively monitor various operating parameters and status of the system in real time.
3.8. Flexible
We offer a variety of vacuum sanitation expansion solutions that can be used individually or in combination. Both water tanks and sewage tanks are compatible with flexible expansion methods.
3.9. Energy saving
Each flush of the vacuum toilet consumes only 0.005 kWh of electricity. The toilet, lighting, and ventilation in the shelter are powered by solar energy and are dependent with the pump room power supply, thus reducing the overall power consumption.
4. Working principles:
When the user presses the flush button (or through the infrared sensor switch), the controller automatically opens the vacuum drain valve and executes the flush sequence. The sewage in the vacuum toilet is sucked into the vacuum pipe. During the suction process, a small amount of water is used to clean the inner wall of the toilet. When the suction is completed, the vacuum drain valve automatically closes. The sewage is sucked into the vacuum workstation, crushed, and then discharged into the sewage tank under pressure.
