Type III vacuum washroom cabin is primarily equipped with six vacuum toilets. Each toilet is installed with a triangular sink, UV disinfection lamp, and flushing faucet. The pump room is equipped with a vacuum station, water booster unit, water tank, sewage tank, air conditioner, and solar cell array.

3. Deployment and operation:
Connection: Connect the washroom cabins to the equipment cabin using the provided quick-connector interfaces for water supply, sewage discharge, and electrical power.
Activation: A single equipment cabin can support a cluster of up to five toilet cabins. Once all connections are secured, power on the host unit within the equipment cabin. The combined washroom facility is then fully operational and ready for immediate use.
Dismantling and Relocation
Disconnection: After use, simply disconnect the quick-release couplings for the water, sewage, and power lines.
Transport: Each cabin module becomes a separate, transportable unit. They can now be easily relocated to a new site for deployment or stored efficiently until the next task.
4.1.Save water
The water consumption for a single flush is 0.5 to 0.8 liters. The water volume can be automatically adjusted via Bluetooth, and the flushing sequence lasts 10 seconds.
4.2.Odorless
The negative pressure makes the sewage in the toilet bowl and the air around the toilet bowl be sucked away together in just a few seconds, purifying the air. The negative pressure has a significant odor-isolating effect.
4.3. Allow high frequency use
Vacuum toilets allow for high-frequency continuous use, allowing over 90 times per hour, without any noticeable delay or waiting time.
4.4.Epidemic prevention
The vacuum toilet adopts negative pressure suction to discharge sewage, which isolates aerosols. The interior of the cabin is equipped with ultraviolet sterilization device, which plays a dual role in epidemic prevention.
4.5.Self-protection
The cabin's vacuum washroom system has four levels of self-protection functions to prevent any foreign objects accidentally thrown in from entering and causing damage to the vacuum toilet system.
4.6.High integration
The vacuum washroom system adopts a fully enclosed discharge principle. The interior of the cabin is highly integrated with vacuum workstations, water booster units, water tanks, sewage tanks, vacuum toilets and other equipment. It is compact, safe and reliable.
4.7.Intelligent
The vacuum washroom uses an intelligent terminal controller. The system provides an unique GPRS monitoring unit and cloud service platform. Users can effectively monitor various operating parameters and status of the system in real time.
4.8.Flexible
We offer a variety of vacuum bathroom expansion solutions that can be used individually or in combination. Both water tanks and sewage tanks are compatible with flexible expansion methods.
4.9.Energy saving
Each flush of the vacuum washroom consumes only 0.005 kWh of electricity. The toilet, lighting, and ventilation in the shelter are powered by solar energy and are dependent with the pump room power supply, thus reducing the overall power consumption.
