Type I vacuum toilet unit mainly consists of four vacuum squat toilets, one disabled vacuum toilet, a washbasin, and a mop pool. Each toilet is equipped with a triangular sink, UV disinfection lamp, and flushing faucet. The pump room is equipped with a vacuum workstation, water booster unit, water tank, sewage tank, air conditioner, and solar cell array.
This containerized toilet unit adopts modular design combining vacuum collection technology. It saves up to 90% of water used by conventional gravity flushing toilets. 3. Working principles:
When the user presses the flush button (or through the infrared sensor switch), the controller automatically opens the vacuum drain valve and executes the flush sequence. The sewage in the vacuum toilet is sucked into the vacuum pipe. During the suction process, a small amount of water is used to clean the inner wall of the toilet. When the suction is completed, the vacuum drain valve automatically closes. The sewage is sucked into the vacuum workstation, crushed, and then discharged into the sewage tank under pressure.
