On Line Type Vacuum Toilet System for Train Railway Passenger Coach
1. Brief introduction:
Our company provides electric-powered on-line vacuum toilet collection system for EMU trains. This system differs from the pneumatic vacuum-maintained systems used in railway system. It operates entirely through electric power. The system consists of a vacuum toilet, a vacuum urinal, an on-line vacuum pump station, a water booster unit, a system control box, an intelligent charger, a sewage tank, and connecting piping. The on-line vacuum pump generates vacuum, the vacuum toilet collects human feces, and the water booster unit provides high-pressure water for flushing. Each component operates unmanned and automatically.
2. Advantages & features of vacuum toilet system:
-
Zero Wastewater Discharge: Wastewater from vacuum squat toilets, vacuum seat toilets, and vacuum urinals is collected and discharged into a normal-pressure sewage tank under the vacuum suction force generated by the vacuum station, preventing direct discharge and pollution along the railway line.
-
Gravity-Free Discharge: Vacuum piping is unaffected by gravity, allowing for flexible installation and smaller pipe diameters, greatly facilitating the compact environment of railway trains.
-
Water-Saving and Odor-Free: Vacuum toilets consume only 0.5 to 1 liter of water per use (adjustable), significantly reducing the 6 liters per use of traditional flushing methods. The vacuum negative pressure odor-isolating system ensures that toilets remain odor-free, regardless of how many times they are used.
-
Effective Fault Tolerance and Waste Reduction: The on-line train vacuum toilet collection system integrates vacuum generation, waste reduction, and pressure discharge, eliminating the risk of pipe clogging.

5. Advantages & Features:
-
Flexibility: The system's modular design solves installation challenges in confined spaces.
-
Gravity-Free Drainage: Vacuum piping is unaffected by gravity, allowing for flexible installation and smaller pipe diameters, greatly facilitating construction in these compact environments.
-
Zero Wastewater Discharge: Vacuum squat toilets and vacuum urinals are collected and discharged to a normal-pressure sewage tank via a vacuum workstation, preventing direct discharge and contamination along the railway line.
-
Water-Saving and Odorless: Vacuum toilets consume only 0.5 liters of water per use, significantly less than the 6 liters per use of traditional flushing methods. The vacuum's negative pressure odor-isolating mechanism ensures a truly odor-free toilet, no matter how many times it's used.
