1. Brief introduction:

This integrated vacuum toilet is suitable for both new and old locomotives or railway coaches. Designed based on the technical requirements and operating conditions of locomotive integrated toilets, it utilizes a complete vacuum toilet collection system.

This vacuum toilet utilizes a split-frame structure, integrating a water tank module, waste tank module, vacuum toilet collection module, and control system module. It meets all strength and rigidity requirements for overall installation and disassembly, as well as normal locomotive operation.

Railway WC/rest room module is an independent toilet system, whose internal components could be assembled before ex works. The module is designed with hoist holes on the top so that the module could be overall lifting during transportation and installation. The rest room module will be mounted onto the train quickly on the preserved area of the train, which greatly improve the interior construction efficiency and make it easier for train repair or refurbishment.

Rest room module is mainly composed of a FPR made compartment, inside functional equipment, interfaces, etc. The FPR compartment are mounted with roof, floor, side walls, which composed of the inner room space. The inside functional equipment includes toilet, wash resin, lighting, mirror, handrail, dustbin, clothing hook, etc. The toilet system could be vacuum toilet or normal pressure toilet. It could be seat toilet or squatting toilet. The interfaces include the mechanical mounting interfaces, electricity interfaces, air interfaces and water supply interfaces.

We could produce the rest room module according to customer’s specific requirements and the module is designed tidy and beautiful and in harmony with the train overall interiors design.

  • Enhanced Unit Design: The vacuum tank structure with an enhanced vacuum unit offers high space utilization and low gas consumption. Therefore, the use of "enhanced vacuum unit vacuum retention" technology is a reasonable and mature technology for locomotives, resulting in high system reliability.
  • High Waste Tank Efficiency: Due to the locomotive toilet's compact structure, the enhanced vacuum unit maximizes waste tank capacity utilization. The original standard allowed 40 uses, but after the improvements, the same waste tank capacity can be used 55 times.
  • Energy-Saving Control: The system's control program has been optimized, enabling two vacuum control modes via a waste tank high-level switch to achieve energy savings.
